INVITATION FOR BIDS
Legal Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the Public Works Department,
City of Sanibel, Florida, 750 Dunlop Road, until 1:30 PM on February 16, 2012, and shortly
thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid offered later than the above time will
be returned unopened; and facsimile bids will not be accepted.
CLEANING OF EIGHT (8) PUBLIC BEACH RESTROOMS and
THE COMMUNITY PARK RESTROOM
Bids shall be properly and completely executed on a standard bid form. Each bid shall be
accompanied by a copy of City of Sanibel occupational license, proof of insurance and minimum ,
bonding of$25,000.
No bidder may withdraw a bid within a period of forty-five (45) days following the date of the
bid opening. The City of Sanibel reserves the right to hold any and all bids for a period of not
more than forty-five (45) days and said bids shall be and remain valid and in full force and effect
during said period. The City of Sanibel reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive
informalities, and to award single or multiple contracts.
