Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Reno at the office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor, One East First Street, Reno, Nevada, until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on January 27, 2012, for Contract Number E100109.

Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include:

Tenant improvement remodel of approximately 6,900 SF. including, but not limited to, selective demolition, construction of gypsum board on metal stud walls, new flooring, lighting, painting, museum display cases, and mounting of museum painting and plaque pieces.

Contract Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders through the office of the City Engineer, 8th Floor, One East First Street, Reno, Nevada on or after 9:00 A.M. Local Time, January 12, 2012. Contract Documents may also be examined at the office of the City Engineer, 8th Floor, One East First Street, Reno Nevada; Reno Builders Exchange, 634 Ryland Street, Reno, Nevada; Rick's AEC Reprographics, 1909 Prosperity Street, Reno, Nevada; Sierra Contractor's Source, 500 Ryland St. #100, Reno, Nevada; Brownie's Digital Imaging, 3515 Airway Dr. #203, Reno, NV; and at Nevada Blue, 9738 South Virginia Street, Suite 0, Reno, Nevada. Contract Documents will be furnished for Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each set; such payment will be non- refundable. Checks should be made out to the City of Reno. Contractors requesting this material by mail or phone must include their Federal Express number for expedited shipping.

All Proposals must be submitted on the City of Reno Proposal Forms provided in the Contract Documents, and must be accompanied by a bid bond, a certified check, a cashier's check, or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. All bidders shall appear on the official plan holder list.
